Preston and Abbey Community Trust (PACT) is a voluntary organisation with charitable status.
The purpose of PACT is to undertake projects and activities that will contribute to improving the quality of life for people living in the Abbey St Bathans, Bonkyl and Preston Community Council (ABPCC) area.
