St Boswells Primary Garden and Green Space

Small school garden set in wider grounds with ongoing development through a Green Space Project. Currently within the garden are perennial borders, 3 raised beds with a focus on edible plants and a plan to create a sensory garden over the coming season. In addition, around the playing field there is a “hidey hedge” recently planted from native hedging species, a wildflower meadow, a community orchard and a small copse of birch trees. It is hoped that through development of the Green Space, the whole community will benefit be that through involvement in the project or the use of the space.
