Loco Home is a community-led intermediary for high performance, fabric first low carbon retrofit and low carbon heating in private housing. We seek to grow the supply chain and the market by bringing homeowners together to create economies of scale, and by intermediating in difficult situations like blocks of flats. We are a social enterprise structured as a co-operative with over 100 members including householders, architects, surveyors and building contractors.
