To add a story:

1. Select a location using one of the three options below (using your current location, choosing manually on the map, or by entering an address).  

2. Answer the survey questions about this location and a weather or climate event.  

3. Describe your weather or climate story. For example…  

• When did this happen?

• Who was impacted?

• What did you lose or gain?

• How did you feel?

4. Your stories are anonymous. You can opt to provide optional demographic information. This is not shared publicly. It is collected to help us ensure a balanced group of people has contributed.  

These stories will stay available for residents of the Highland region to track how our home is changing over time. They will also be incorporated into the first Highland Climate Risk and Opportunity Assessment, which will help to identify the priorities for action to respond, and adapt to the impacts of climate change across the region.
