The Edinburgh Remakery is an environmental social enterprise promoting sustainable, waste-free living and supporting disadvantaged communities.. They run creative sustainable and upcycling workshops at their space at Ocean Terminal, where they also sell high quality, refurbished electronic devices, such as laptops and phones, at affordable prices. Old electronics can be donated here to be repaired and reused, and a portion of all the devices that are donated are then gifted for free to those who couldn't otherwise afford to purchase them themselves, to tackle the digital divide and help those experiencing financial hardship.
