Cadder Housing Association was established in 1993 and is a community based social housing landlord that aims to provide high quality housing and services to our tenants and other customers. We evolved through 2 large scale housing transfers from Scottish Homes in 1994 and 1998. The Association now owns 650 properties and provides a factoring management services to 402 owner-occupiers.The Association is a registered “Not for Profit” organisation and a registered charity where any surpluses made are re-invested in the upkeep and maintenance of our area and properties also to ensure the provision of high quality services in our work.
