Where?

Interfaith Glasgow facilitates friendship-building, and cooperation between people from different religious and cultural backgrounds; tackles prejudice and equips people with the skills to engage fruitfully with religious diversity.

Events and activities are free, take place all over Glasgow and include:

Weekend Club for refugees, asylum seekers and new migrants – monthly events delivered by an interfaith volunteer team offering newcomers opportunities to build social connection and to participate more fully in the life of the city.

Interfaith Food Justice Network – facilitating collaboration between groups tackling food poverty from different faith and belief backgrounds.

Scottish Interfaith Week programme – including our annual Interfaith Fun Family Day

Events celebrating unity in diversity and facilitating friendship-building, such as One Big Picnic (a large-scale, annual, free community meal in Glasgow’s main square)

Dialogue Initiatives enabling people from different faiths and beliefs to grow in mutual understanding – e.g. Faith to Faith series with St Mungo’s Museum; and Scriptural Reasoning Events.

Opportunities for interfaith engagement on the climate crisis.
