    Hurricane-force winds from Storm Éowyn damaged the electricity network, causing a prolonged power outage.

    Proposed response

    SP Energy Networks undertook repair and restoration work across the region; welfare support included warm hubs, food vans and hotel accommodation for customers still without supply.
