From the food they use, to the energy they use, they are constantly thinking about new ways to operate in an environmentally responsible way (using renewable energy-wind power and small hydroelectric power, earth-friendly dishwashing and cleaning products, conversion of kitchen grease into biodiesel fuel, use of recycled paper, biodegradable to-go containers, and more!). franny’s cannot accommodate parties larger than 6 and does not take reservations (first come, first serve).
