Located in Glasgow's West End, Tchai-Ovna House of Tea is Scotland’s first speciality teahouse, stocking & serving over 80 carefully-chosen, high-grade loose teas. Their teas are harvested ethically, most being (certified) Fairtrade, organic, & direct-sourced.
Over the 20 years, they have honed & perfected traditional recipes for 'chai' (which, itself, means 'tea'!), based on much research & communication with their suppliers, & a great passion for not only serving high-quality teas, but giving the public an experience of what the world of tea has to offer - including Tea Ceremonies, as well as art exhibitions & live music.
**Note: on July 2023, the Tchai-Ovna tea house closed down - however, they still source their speciality tea to other local businesses around Glasgow (and can be bought online). Check out their social media for updates!
