Borders Wheels is a charity based in the Scottish Borders, We provide Community Transport across the Borders and have four locality bases: Berwickshire, Galashiels, Teviot and Tweed.  Borders Wheels is the unification of 4 Community Transport organisations in the Borders, Teviot, Gala and Tweed came together first and we brought in Berwickshire Wheels in April 2024.

The Larder is now in its “forever home” at the Community Annexe in the grounds of the primary school where we have fridges and freezers to stock perishable items that we collect from the following supermarkets- Co-op, Morrisons, Sainsburys, Asda, Lidl and Marks and Spencers. Please come and help us reduce food waste that would otherwise go to landfill. You can have up to 10 items, as many items from the “rumble box”as you want and we even have pet food. All are welcome.

A local voluntary group raising awareness of climate change, and taking action in the  Berwick area to improve the environment. Monthly Repair Cafe - last Saturday every month.  Lots of opportunities to volunteer.

Galashiels Men's Shed is a registered Scottish Charity (SC045649) open to men of all ages and backgrounds. We help promote the well-being and quality of life of our members through recreational interest. The Shed is run by a Board of Trustees who are elected by the members. Come and join us and share your skills & interests; pursue your hobbies; learn something new; enjoy good company; help the community & charity; gain a sense of achievement or just have a cuppa and a laugh!

The Bike Barn Foulden was started in 2018 and is a small local independent bicycle service and repair workshop based on the outskirts of Berwick on Tweed serving a range of customers from Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. 

What do we fix? Well, if you can bring it in, we can take a look, with only a few exceptions. And if we can’t fix it, there’s no fee.

Folkestone Repair Cafe REUSE – RECYCLE – REPAIR

Re:Make Newport is Wales' first permanent community repair and reuse space.  A volunteer led community space committed to bringing you free repairs and low cost loans of household items.

An art gallery, an independent cinema, a café bar, a community garden, a performance space, and a community hub. Hosts a repair cafe once a month, and a mobile refill shop every Thursday from 2pm.

Once a month a group of volunteers is offering their skills to repair various items from household items to electrical items.

At this place you can buy a new bike or get yours repaired.🛠️

In acest magazin puteti achizitiona biciclete pentru toate categoriile de varsta, pentru ciclism montan sau urban. In plus va puteti repara si bicicletele aici.

Aici va puteti repara bicicletele. Numele firmei este SC Cozmaricom SRL si a fost localizata langa Piata Independentei. S-a mutat in 2012 intr-o locatie necunoscuta in prezent.
