起初觀察到有志於推廣「食、育、生活、療癒」的組織，常苦於缺乏固定空間據點作為發揮的場域，而到處參加市集擺攤、搭配其他議題組織的活動、或是商借空間籌辦課程。於是，我們在思考，在這座城市裡,是不是能夠有一個空間可以作為「友善社區社群的共好基地」，由此聚集起關心「食、育、生活、療癒」議題的團體，共同經營空間，甚至能在這裡育成友善的互助團隊，當這些力量被凝聚，議題被交流，理念被傳遞，或許會有更多人願意好好認識老物和人，以及生活的關係。

龍口市場 Longkou Market

市場原在三元街，四十三年成立。因位在崁頂地區的核心，因此人來人往。在特殊傳統節日時，更是人聲鼎沸、水泄不通。由於需求日增，因此攤位漸漸往汀州路延伸擴展。可惜民國90年左右因三元街拓寬道路，拆掉市集及屋舍，購買者漸往國興市場移動，龍口市場也日益沒落。

老闆 Yami 選擇的是早已落寞的市場，就這樣默默，不猖狂地尋求甜點店與市場的平衡，以及自己人生上的平衡。

Our tasting room, event space, and inn are located on 12 acres of mixed farm and woodlands known as Arcadia, just outside beautiful Port Townsend in Washington state. We began our journey into the world of wines and ciders in 1996. After that fateful day, we have honed down our craft to make some of the best alcoholic drinks out there. Come purchase from a large selection of wines, ciders, and meads all crafted at our production facility. Or plan a wedding, concert, or event at the Palindrome.
