DCDC was formally established in August 2017 as a company limited by guarantee with charitable status.

Inverness Tool Library is a newly registered charity SCIO number SC053665, we were formerly 'Clachworks CIC'.

Support and develop the needs of our island community.

Established in 2012 and borne from the desire to support and promote sustainable development within the Scourie area.

We are a small charity formed around our village hall in 2018. The Trustees are trying to make the hall more environmentally friendly and more efficient in line with CNPA thinking around climate change. This project is now considering becoming much more inclusive and thinking about an energy scheme that would include all the businesses in Dalwhinnie working together to achieve a low emission and energy provision system.

Cromarty Firth Men's shed membership is free and is open to everyone 18 years and over who live in the Cromarty Firth area.

Portree & Braes Community Trust aims to stimulate and coordinate the economic, cultural and environmental regeneration of Portree and Braes, Isle of Skye, in response to community-identified priorities.

The “Shed” is a place where members get together to use and learn new practical skills which they and their fellow members have learnt through their working life.

The objectives of the charity are:

We are a local community development trust with aims of regeneration, repopulation, and social/economic/environmental benefits in Assynt, including acting as a local anchor organisation partnering with and assisting other local and regional organisations.

MaCCOLL is working towards a future where Loch Linnhe’s waters and coastline are thriving with diverse native species, including salmon and skate. By working with and enabling a diverse range of people we aim to ensure that our natural environment is supported and protected by our local communities, preserving local history and culture, and bringing sustainability for future generations.

We are Orkney's community planning partnership.

We are based in Northmavine, Shetland. We aim to make Northmavine a better place to live work and visit. Like many development trusts we do a huge variety of projects to bring economical and social benefits to our community.

Our mission is to present the history of Eigg, both ancient and contemporary, which includes the history of the Isle of Eigg 's green grid and its net zero ambition. We are working in tandem with Solas Eige to raise funds to buy the Church of Scotland on Eigg to provide interpretation on these themes, including climate awareness. Comunn Eachdraidh Eige is responsible for overall interpretation on the isle of Eigg, which includes Eigg's museum of Crofting life and addresses issues of sustainability both past and present, and the Old Shop which provides an overview of our island's natural and cultural features, raising awareness of Eigg's green grid, and the issue of marine litter on our shores.

We are a group of growers in Cannich who are passionate about strengthening our local food economy, encouraging people to enjoy the health benefits of growing food, and inspiring our young people to get involved. We are an informal group who meet regularly to swap stories, seeds and tips. Currently we are consulting the community on creating a community growing space in the village. We have already planted a small pocket orchard with the children in the playpark.

We are a brand new group wanting to support and enable community-led positive action on the climate in Badenoch. We have just set up as an unincorporated association and have already organised several successful events, with more in the pipeline.

Cairngorms Pride CIC exists to create a new and dynamic festival for the Cairngorms National Park, addressing issues of social isolation, poor mental health, and lack of visibility for LGBTQ+ communities in this rural area of the Scottish Highlands.

One of the key roles of Conon Bridge Community Council is to represent the views of the community to The Highland Council and other public bodies in the area.

The Flow Country Partnership exists to bring together a community including crofters, farmers, landowners/managers, local businesses, residents, ecologists and local government to grow the resilience of the Flow Country and its people. There is a fundamental interdependence between a resilient Flow Country landscape and thriving, resilient communities.

Our objectives are to know about, promote and improve the biological diversity of Caithness; and to promote and undertake environmental projects throughout Caithness to improve public access to the countryside, enhance wildlife habitats and upgrade countryside facilities.

Drift are a collaborative group based in Stromness, bringing fun and accessible pop up events to our community. Supporting creativity, working in a sustainable and circular way, and developing shared experiences and spaces are at the core of what we do.
