Environmental advocacy organization dedicated to reclaiming NYC's streets from the automobile and promoting walking, bicycling, and public transportation as an alternative option. They are one of the few organizations that can provide information about: adopting a bike lane, bicycling maps, locations of bicycle stores that accept TA's discount, locations of city-owned garages with bike parking, taking bikes on mass transit, even finding a bicycling lawyer. Take part in a number of big events such as the famous NYC Century Bike Tour, which attracts over 5,000 people a year!
