This courthouse was finished in 2006 and featured advanced heating and cooling systems. On 161 Street there is a glass and aluminum curtain wall that maximizes natural daylight while maintaining privacy and comfort for users. Also, throughout the complex, the design of the building allows natural indirect daylight into interior spaces and rooms.
