Where?

We use nature and our natural environment for therapeutic purposes to support people with learning disabilities, autism or experiencing mental health problems. We are keen to promote nature-connection and its benefits to physical, psychological and emotional health, but also that increased connection with nature can also be beneficial to the wider natural environment, as it can lead to more pro-environmental attitudes and subsequent positive behaviours. We are based in West Lochaber but have provided online nature-connection activities targeted across the NHS Highland area, but that were participated in by people from the wider Scotland area and the whole of the UK.
