Black Isle Collective is a group of artists and poets based in and around the Black Isle. We formed in 2019 for our first summer show at the Stables in Cromarty, and have exhibited together regularly since then, including an exhibition at the Compass Gallery in Glasgow. As artists we enjoy working across a wide range of media, from printmaking to painting, installation to embroidery. Themes come from a common love we share for the local natural environment. We draw together, put on exhibitions and enjoy connecting with our local community.
