The primary aim of Greener Orkney is to reduce the Co2 footprint of the Orkney Isles. The secondary objective is to improve the environment in particular the seas around Orkney.
The main contribution to saving Co2 has been the 2 Community Fridges we run in Kirkwall and Stromness. The amount saved is the equivalent of 90 cars running for 2 years.
