My neighbour used to collect data for the Met office. During the '90s the rainfall jumped 10" a year. In the 2000s annual weather routines got muddled so you could have gales between the spring and summer equinoxes and so may and september would no longer be warm and sunny. It went very erratic 2010 on with a new trend of an early spring warm spell and then later bright but very cold weather many years.

Yes, as well as above intense rain sometimes more than earlier by loads
Have you done anything to prepare for or address climate and weather changes at this place?
My home is super insulated and very comfy. if current trends continue it'll flood…
