A winter of regular storms and heavy rains combined with agricultural practices has led to the road being regularly flooded and soil and sand filling roadside drains and covering roads. Repeated visits by Highland Council need to clear roads. The same pattern has been seen at Shoremills.

Yes. Increased storminess, gales and intense rain periods.
